The Lean Execution package provides essential production management for compact, high-efficiency shoots. With minimal overhead and clean communication, this tier ensures that scheduling, staffing, and day-of logistics are handled smoothly—keeping your team focused on performance while everything behind the scenes runs tight and on time.
Included:
• 1 shoot day of on-site producing
• Pre-production call and timeline planning
• Scheduling and crew communication
• Vendor and location coordination
• Day-of leadership, troubleshooting, and set oversight

This package delivers complete production management by a seasoned producer—covering scheduling, crew logistics, budgeting, and day-of execution. With control over every logistical layer, this tier ensures your shoot runs efficiently, stays on budget, and remains focused on the creative.

• Up to 3 shoot days of on-site producing
• Pre-production timeline and budget development
• Crew sourcing and onboarding
• Location and permit coordination
• Equipment vendor and rental management
• Call sheet, production book, and comms oversight
• Daily on-set leadership and troubleshooting
• Cost tracking and wrap-out support

This tier provides end-to-end oversight for high-budget productions. The producer becomes the operational lead—managing timelines, crew, logistics, and stakeholder communication across multiple deliverables. Ideal for projects that demand consistency, scale, and full logistical control.

• Strategic planning with client or agency teams
• Master timeline, crew planning, and deliverables matrix
