This tier provides essential set care customized to the size and needs of the production. Services include craft services management, environmental preparation, and post-shoot cleanup—performed with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and detail. This isn’t just snacks and trash—it’s holistic set oversight that protects your crew’s energy, your space, and your timeline.
Included:
• Craft services setup and restocking
• Environmental control (scent, cleanliness, surface prep)
• Real-time on-set maintenance (trash, cleanliness, crew zones)
• Post-shoot cleanup of all production areas
• Up to 8 hours of on-site coverage
• Coordination with producer for tailored support

Full Service Package
Rate Range: $2,250–$4,500 (based on shoot duration, crew size, and environmental complexity)
Ideal For: Multi-day productions or elevated single-day shoots requiring integrated set care and environmental oversight.
This package includes everything offered in Tier 1, plus deeper involvement before, during, and after the shoot. The NES arrives early to stage multiple crew zones, manages nourishment and waste systems throughout the day, and ensures the environment stays clean, calm, and production-ready across all touchpoints. It’s active, professional support that protects crew performance and production flow.
Included:
• All services from Tier 1
• Full-day craft services management
• Multi-zone setup (client hold, talent lounge, crew staging)
• Early arrival for zone prep and flow setup
• Continuous resets throughout the day
• On-site coverage up to 12 hours
• End-of-day breakdown and cleanup
• Coordination with producer, AD, or location manager

• Pre-Light or Scout Attendance: +$500

Collective Environment Management
Rate Range: $5,000+ (custom-quoted per campaign based on duration, scale, and staffing needs)
Ideal For: Large-scale or high-profile productions requiring complete, multi-day environmental oversight across multiple zones or locations.
This is VPC’s top-tier set service—everything in Tier 2, plus expanded planning, staffing, and execution across complex or sensitive shoots. The NES becomes a fully embedded operator, responsible for end-to-end crew care, set flow design, nourishment logistics, and post-wrap turnover. Ideal for productions with layered demands, high-value clients, or multiple working units, this package ensures every detail is accounted for—before anyone sets foot on set.

• All services from Tier 2
• Pre-production layout planning for all crew and service zones
• Attendance at scout and pre-light for flow and access design
• Custom craft planning, sourcing, and dietary coordination
• Oversight of green rooms, talent hold, crew staging, and VIP areas
• On-site management of NES team (assistants included if needed)
• Extended on-site coverage (12+ hrs/day with rotations)
• Zone resets and environment refreshes throughout production
• Waste flow execution at campaign scale (trash, compost, recycling)
• End-of-shoot full cleanup and final property walkthrough
